All staff at MPA Group Practices work together to ensure that patients have appropriate access to general medical services.
We do not offer a walk-in service.

You can consult with our clinicians by:
* E-consult (Electronic consultations) 24/7 Online. A link can be found on our home page. We will review and reply to your submission by 18:30 the following working day. These E-consults offer you a wealth of information and can signpost you to answers to many common problems. They also provide the GPs with information that can make sure your problem is dealt with in the most effect and efficient manner.
* By appointment - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:30 (excluding bank holidays). Types of appointments/ services we offer.
Note the Doctors have mandated our Patient Navigators (Receptionists) to ask you questions so they can best direct your request. Our aim is to get you to the right clinician, at the right time, first time. In some instances this may not be an appointment with a GP for your best interests.
On average, 5-6 days worth of appointments are lost each month because patients fail to attend. If you no longer need your appointment please cancel it. This will help another patient to be seen sooner. You may find it helpful to store our telephone number (01634 890712) in your mobile phone. You should receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before and this too gives the option for you to SMS text back CANCEL as a response .
